Yes, they are removable and will not damage or leave residue on most surfaces. However, since there can be variations in paint used and quality and age of painted surfaces, we cannot guarantee the surface will be unaffected upon removal of the decal. If there is any remaining residue on the wall, it can easily be cleaned with sugar soap or similar product. If you are in doubt, you can test your surface with a wall decal vinyl sample.
